WALK-INS:

We are happy to accommodate walk-in guests, whenever possible. Give us a call at 615.626.1045 or click here to book through Vagaro.

PAYMENT:

We accept cash, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). You may also purchase gift cards for any amount.

RUNNING LATE?

Due to the added cleaning in between guests, we are running a very tight schedule. If you arrive too late to be seen you are subject to be charged per our Cancellation Policy. Please call to let us know if you are running more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit. Contact us immediately if you believe you will be late for your appointment.

WHAT IS PROPER TIPPING ETIQUETTE FOR SALONS?

If you are pleased with your services, our estheticians are appreciative of any gratuity you would like to leave. The average amount ranges from 20%-30% of your service total. Cash gratuity is recommended, but all tips are gratefully appreciated.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is a small parking lot behind our building and street parking on Fatherland & 11th Street.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment. When you arrive, have a seat in the lobby and text us (615.626.1045) to let us know you are here. Please make sure all forms that were sent to you are filled out prior to your appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 12-hour Cancellation Policy. Please note that you will be charged 100% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for our estheticians if you do not notify us of your cancellation within the 12-hour time frame.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD?
We do this simply to secure your appointment and obey our cancellation policies. For security purposes, you may notice a $1 fee on your card, no need to worry- it will go right back onto your card within a few days.

WHAT CONTRAINDICATIONS ARE THERE FOR WAXING?

You are not eligible for waxing if you are taking any of the following medications or have had any of the following services recently:

Accutane (acne medication), Adapalene (acne medication), Alustra (Retin A), Antibiotics, Avage (Tazorac – acne medication), Avita (a type of Retin A), any products with retinol, Clindamycin, Differin (acne medication), Doxycycline, Erythromycin, Isotretinoin (Accutane), Madifloxicine, Metronidazole, Minocycline, Renova (Retin A), Tazarotene (Retin A), Tetracycline, Tretinoin (like Retin A), Retinol, laser peels, topical antibiotics
